Sasha's Spin on a BLT Sandwich

A BLT sandwich.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Place 2 slices of sourdough bread in toaster
  2. Mash up avocado and mix with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  3. Spread avocado mixture on 1 slice of bread and mayonnaise on the other
  4. Place handful of arugula on the slice of bread with avocado and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice
  5. Place tomato slices over the arugula and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  6. Place bacon slices and cover sandwich with the other slice of bread
  7. Slice in half and enjoy!

A greek salad.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Chop up cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion and place in a bowl
  2. Sprinkle a handful of feta cheese over salad
  3. Mix in olive oil and white wine vinegar
  4. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper
  5. Enjoy!
